**Youth Court is looking for dedicated volunteers to serve as Prosecuting or Defense Attorneys, Bailiffs and Clerks.**

Fall River Youth Court is a restorative justice program for youth by youth. The Fall River Youth Court respondents are offending youth between the ages of 8 & 16, who are primarily first time offenders. Respondents must be referred by an authorized agency such as school, police, or the courts. High school students serve as prosecuting attorneys and other court personnel. The jury is made up of student volunteers. A volunteer adult poses as a judge over the hearings.

If you are reading this web page and thinking, “ hmm that sounds interesting…” then come to PPS to see Mr. Rebello for more information.
